The water tank feeder can be used to cool boiled eggs and automatically transfer eggs to the egg peeling machine. The tank feeder has a capacity of 1200 eggs.

The egg peeling line includes water tank, egg peeling machine, and peeled eggs conveyor.

The egg peeling concept is based on no-scratch peeling technique. The peeler has been optimized to reduce the shell impact in the egg to nearly zero. The peeler handles any type of eggs, brown or white, with a unique high yield rate >98%.

Shelling part: break eggshell without damage the eggs;
