How to select the method for egg feeding?

There are two approaches to the egg feeding system: the Water Tank Egg Feeder Conveyor and the Vacuum Egg Lifter. This feeding system primarily serves as an assistant for egg cracker machines, egg breakers and separators, quail egg processing lines, and hard-boiled egg processing lines.

Method 1: Water Tank Egg Feeder Conveyor, also known as a water accumulator in egg processing equipment. The procedure involves manually placing chicken eggs into the water accumulator. The eggs are then conveyed by a conveyor to either the egg cracker machine or the egg separator machine. This method is suitable for egg baskets.

Method 2: Vacuum Egg Lifter. This system comprises an operational hand and a vacuum pump. The operational process is ideal for tray-type eggs, with a standard specification of 30 eggs per tray.
