Quail Egg Peeler Machine Introduction

The new design quail egg peeler machine is shelled by the friction of rolling rubber and the impact of strong water. The

principle of artificial shelling is imitated. High peeling rate and low damage rate. Equipped with water tank feeding and

multi-column transport, quail eggs feed more evenly and enter the peeler orderly. This is the advantage that other peeling

machines do not have. We are the first manufacturer for this peeling technical at the quail egg process field.

Machine is made by sus304 material, automatic operation and controller system, peeling eggshell rate can reach98%. Less than 2% damage rate.

The cooled quail eggs are broken shells first and then peeled. The quail egg peeling  machine adopts latex tube and strong water impact, which greatly reduces the breakage rate of eggs. The structure is simple and the failure rate is small.
